Mix almond flour, almond butter and maple syrup together with a hand held blender
Crush the freeze dried strawberries into a powder. I used a spice grinder but you could also put them in a baggies and smash them with a pan or rolling pin.
Add strawberries to mixture and and mix them with the blender
Using a melon scoop, scoop out one ball and form it in your hand. Give it a good squish and then roll it into a ball
Repeat until all the mixture has been used
Set in the fridge to set for at least an hour
After an hour has passed, pour 1 cup of dark chocolate chips into a double boiler and melt the chocolate
One by one, dip the balls into the chocolate and set back on the parchment lined baking sheet. Set them in the fridge for another hour to set.
