Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 Pineapple diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion diced
  • 1 Jalapeno diced
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 2 T Cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Dice the pineapple, red onion and jalapeno into similar size pieces

  2. Chop the cilantro

  3. Mix everything together and squeeze the lime juice over the bowl

  4. Stir to combine and serve
