Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Grilled Chicken chopped
  • 3 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1/2 Apple diced
  • 1 cup Grapes chopped
  • ¼ cup Pecans chopped
  • 1 T Dill (fresh) chopped
  • ¼ cup Avocado Mayo
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together and serve. I like to add curry powder to mine for extra flavor. I use Primal Palate Curry Powder. If you don’t groove on curry powder, then you can omit it. I’ll never know!
